In order to get a number for food and activity supplies and to assign campsites we need to know how many from each ward are coming. Please get a count in by March 9. If anyone is a “maybe” please count them in your numbers. I’d rather have too much than not enough.
Permission Forms is a great way to get a head count. Again, if anyone is a maybe, please have them fill out a form. Worst case we just have to throw away the form. But if they come we will be ready for them.
